2. Adding Another Location Inside the First
Some things that were in the living room are going into a box you have numbered "Box 52." So you create that box next and since it is currently in the living room, you set its parent to Living Room. By setting the parent of box 52 to living room, items put in box 52 will also be in the living room (just inside box 52.)
